Policy Notice: These terms represent baseline operational guidelines for PAK QOM travel coordination. Final binding contracts are subject to confirmation by the business owner upon booking.

1. Booking & Inquiries

Submission of an inquiry on this website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation or booking. A booking is confirmed only once travel dates are agreed upon, passport copies are validated, and initial deposits are acknowledged by PAK QOM.

2. Visa Authorizations & Regulatory Compliance

PAK QOM facilitates the submission of tourist visa authorization codes for Pakistani passport holders. The final authority to grant or deny an entry visa rests solely with the government and immigration authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. PAK QOM cannot be held responsible for regulatory delays outside our direct control.

3. Package Inquiries & Currency Fluctuations

Because international airline fares, accommodation availability, and foreign exchange rates fluctuate regularly, package details, inclusions, and exact costs are communicated directly via official WhatsApp consultation tailored to your confirmed travel dates and traveler party requirements.

4. Pilgrim Conduct in Holy Shrines

All zaireen are expected to abide by the Islamic dress codes (including women wearing chadors) and respectful conduct standards established by the holy shrine administrations in Qom, Mashhad, Jamkaran, and Tehran.
